Cancellation Policy

At Shree Krishna Traders, we ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. However, if you have placed an incorrect order or wish to cancel it, you may submit a cancellation request through your account before the order is dispatched. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Please note that cancellation requests cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation by Shree Krishna Traders

In certain rare situations, Shree Krishna Traders may cancel an order. This may happen due to the following reasons:

• Product being out of stock
• Limitations on the number of units per customer based on ongoing offers or discount rules
• Incorrect pricing or product description error
• Suspected payment fraud identified by our Fraud Prevention System
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Note

We do not charge any additional fees for returns. All replacements and pickups, where applicable, are handled free of cost.
