Interpretation: Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply whether used in singular or plural.

  • Goods: Items offered for sale on our website.
  • Orders: Requests made by you to purchase goods from us.
  • Service: Refers to our official website.
  • You: The individual or entity using or accessing our website.
Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Once we receive the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable or expirable items
  • Opened or used products (especially hygiene-sensitive items)
  • Goods mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be processed unless the returned goods or proof of delivery is received.

Returns on Gift Orders
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
  • If the item was sent to a gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to:

  • The original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • A bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Refund Timelines
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 Business Days
  • UPI Linked Bank Account: 2–4 Business Days
  • NEFT/Bank Transfer: 3–5 Business Days

If your refund is delayed beyond the mentioned timeline, please contact your bank or payment provider.
Note: Refunds are not issued in cash. Cheque refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases.
